Over the years, November has become my favorite month. Thanksgiving has become my favorite holiday. There’s something so very peaceful about the seasonal change. November is also a great time to say no to negativity, stress, anxiety, toxic relationships and things that don’t serve you well. Why No-vember? Because it leads up to Thanksgiving. I try to be thankful every day of the year. I know that you probably get sick of me talking about being grateful, but I’m not going to stop. Because it’s how I live my life. It’s in my heart and my mindset. So I’ll start this month by sharing what I am thankful for:

Gratitude isn’t just a feeling you get after something good happens to you. It’s a way of thinking that takes practice and hard work to make it part of your everyday behavior. It’s often easy to forget many of the little things we have to be grateful for in our lives, but it’s important not to take anything for granted.
