            Tell us about your event.

            What kinds of beverages do we offer?

            Whatever your heart desires. We can create customized menus for you or you choose your favorites and we pour. We’ll even help you with your shopping list.

            How much do your services cost?

            Every event is different and we customize our prices to meet your needs.

            How does your service work?

            Due to governing and state laws- we cannot legally purchase or provide transportation of alcohol. We are simply the  “servers” at your event. You will be responsible for purchasing all alcohol and making sure it arrives to the venue on the day of your event. We will customize your shopping list for you so you know exactly what to buy. Most stores will let you return any unopened bottles as long as they have not been refrigerated. We can also help you with any permits that are required for your event.

            Do I need a permit?

            It depends on your state and what you are wanting to serve. We can provide assistance, but we cannot apply for the permit on your behalf.

            Do we carry insurance?

            Yes, we are licensed and insured and all of our bartenders and mixologists are ABC certified. If your venue needs to be added to the COI (certificate of insurance) you’ll need to provide the venues full legal name and address so that we can submit it to our insurance broker.

            What does your basic package include?

            We provide bartending services. Our basic package includes assistance with shopping list, bar set-up an hour prior to the event, a professional licensed and insured bartender, and all the tools needed to provide service such as bottle openers, shakers, stirrers, Rimmer and wine openers. Includes ice, ice buckets, coolers, 9 oz cups and napkins.Our minimum is 4 hours.

            What does the most popular package include?

            This package includes all of the above plus mixers and garnishes.

            What does your all-inclusive package include?

            This package includes all of the above but usually consists of multiple bartenders and stations. This package is suggested for parties of 150 people or more and over 5 hours of service. As well as all of our packages, an accurate guest count is crucial so that we can provide the best service possible. The worst case scenario for a party is the bar to run dry. Heavens, did we just say that out loud?

            What is your payment policy?

            We require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee and a signed contract to secure your date. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

            What is your refund policy?

            Once downpayment is made it cannot be refunded. While we do not fully refund payment, it is fully transferable for 2 weeks and upon availability of our servers. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate cancellations due to rain. We are happy to work with your venue to ensure that we are out of the elements in case of severe weather.

            Are gratuities included?

            No. Gratuities are not included. All employees will have a tip jar displayed. If this isn’t acceptable, we can work with you to add gratuity to your contract.

            How long do events typically last?

            Typically 4-6 hours. We have a 4 hour minimum.

            Do you travel?

            Yes. We travel within a 2 hour radius of Knoxville. Mileage will be charged over 40 miles.

            How does setup and cleanup work?

            Staff arrives 1 hour early to ensure the bar area is completely setup. There is no charge for this time. Cleanup after the event is designated time the staff uses to gather/put away any leftover alcohol and store it awat for the client. Staff will cleanup and gather all tools/items before departure. There is no drink service during this time.

            How many bartenders are needed for my event?

            Up to 70 people- one bartender

            71-149- 2 bartenders

            150+ – 3 bartenders or more

            How do we get started?

            Start by filling out our questionnaire. From there we will curate a quote for you. If the quote is agreeable to you, we will proceed with a contract specifically to meet your needs.
