Stuffed Mushroom Dip

Ingredients:
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
16 oz (450g) mushrooms, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté Mushrooms: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until soft. Add mushrooms, cook until tender and dry. Season with salt and pepper, let cool.
Prepare Dip: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until creamy. Stir in mushroom mix, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, and parsley.
Bake: Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
