My life has been a roller coaster the past few years. I’ve spent a lot of time lately reflecting, praying and…waiting. Here’s what I’ve learned the hard way, so listen well ladies of all ages.
God’s best won’t be stolen or taken…
His best for you won’t need fixing or rescuing.
It won’t make you compromise your values and morals. It won’t demean you or devalue your worth as God’s daughter or son.
It won’t be confusing. What God has for you will be crystal clear.
God’s chosen mate for you will be honored and blessed by others when you are dating. They will have peace and support for your relationship. There won’t be red flags. There won’t be checks in your spirit. There will be no skeletons spilling out of closets and in to your messages, inbox or emails. There will be no warnings from their past telling you to run like the wind. No waiting for the other shoe to drop. God’s best for you doesn’t take away anything in your life, but instead will add to it. Second best is not worth it. God’s choice is always best. Wait for it. If you’re rushing it and walking in disobedience to be together just because you don’t want to be alone, it won’t be blessed in the long run. Lust satisfies temporarily. Love that truly honors God is blessed. ~ Wait for it.
